Olivier Legrain

Olivier is a businessman with extensive experience in industry and private equity.

With over 30 years in the Chemical and Construction industries, he has led several sizeable companies to significant growth through organic expansion, build-ups, and international expansion. Notably, he transformed Materis into a champion in people development, strategic vision, and global expansion.

Olivier also has deep expertise in leveraged buyouts, having successfully led three transactions with Materis.

He is a graduate of École des Mines and ENSAE in Paris.
