Frédéric Blanchard

Frédéric Victor Blanchard is Cofounder and president of the company ORCOM US, Inc where he assists biotech and Medtech companies in their US development. His major role is guiding those companies in setting up their US operations. His main expertise is International Taxation and Financial reporting.

M. Blanchard is « expert-comptable diplômé » in France (French CPA) and has obtained a Master degree in Accounting and Tax from Birmingham University (UK). He is an IRS enrolled agent (EA) in the US and has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service for Tax issues. He spent 25 years of his professional life in the US assisting major European companies to achieve success in North America.

Frédéric Victor Blanchard speaks English and French and has been supporting the healthcare industry as a sponsor or a speaker for many conferences in the US such as the BIO convention, the RSNA convention or the Prix Galien Medstart up.
